If you contact us

The contact links open your email application. Sending an email shares your address and message with us so we can respond. We use that information to handle your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any applicable legal retention obligations. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@ros.space. You can also complain to a data protection authority, including the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.
